Learning With Adam

Clear, focused support for smart students who are struggling

You're not behind.
You just haven't had the right support yet.

I offer warm, judgment-free tutoring that makes space for curiosity and builds genuine understanding. If you've been feeling lost in a subject, we can slow things down, rebuild clarity, and help learning feel good again.

How I Work

I work with students who want more than just the right answers.
They want to feel capable, clear, and maybe even enjoy learning again.

Calm & Judgment-Free

Too often, learning math and science comes with pressure, stress, or not measuring up. I offer tutoring that's calm, steady, and judgment-free—focused on building real understanding.

We Figure It Out Together

Rather than just showing you the answer, I'll think through problems with you. We slow things down and work through uncertainty with curiosity and patience.

Building Confidence & Connection

My goal is to help you build understanding that feels steady and your own—so learning feels not just possible, but enjoyable.

Subjects & Focus Areas

I work with students who need more than content review—they need a thinking partner for challenging material.

I keep my practice intentionally small to ensure each student gets the attention they deserve. I also maintain a few spots for families where we can find rates that work for everyone.

Initial conversations are always free—let's talk about your goals and see if we're a good fit.

About Adam

Adam Ashkenazi

I'm Adam, a tutor with a background in both STEM and relational learning. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which informs my understanding of learning, growth, and relational development.

I tutor because I love helping people find joy in learning. Math and science are subjects where so many students end up feeling "not smart enough"—often not because of the material itself, but because the learning environment wasn't the right fit. I'm passionate about creating a space where learning feels good again: where students can move at their own pace and find their way back to curiosity.

My approach bridges technical expertise with a deep understanding of how people learn and build confidence. Whether we're working through a tough calculus concept or unraveling a tricky physics problem, my goal is to help you build understanding that feels steady—and your own.
